Frequently asked questions
Arboratree aims to provide rapid support for severe and time critical plant health problems - wherever possible. If there is a problem that can be treated by the customer , photographs and other detailed information about the plant will need to be provided by the customer via email, for an effective and rapid remote service.
Larger, more complex jobs may require a detailed inspection and assessment, after which Arboratree will provide a proposal and quote for services. For onsite work that is time critical a premium will be charged. The premium will be approximately 10-15% of the cost of the service.
Arboratree is mainly only available to conduct site visits and onsite work on weekends, and no extra charge is levied for weekend work.
No liability is accepted by Arbotree, for any mishap, error or poor outcome. Plants are dynamic living organisms that can respond unpredictability to different environmental conditions including treatments, pruning, fertilising and repotting. Plants in poor health are especially vulnerable to poor outcomes, and each treatment carries unquantified risk to the plant's survival. It is a basic principle that the owner is responsible for their plant, and for considering advice provided, and for the ongoing care and management of their plant.
Arboratree provides online plant health services world wide. Arboratree provides on site work in the Sydney, Australia region only. If you require services in other Australian capital cities and are unable to find a provide, Arboratree can assist. Please email Arboratree with the details of the service required.
